Anything below 5 is an insult to this place and its owners and managers! A huge Thank you to Raaes Bhai for making our stay memorable. They are Genuinely good human beings operating this hotel. It may not be a 3star or 5 star property but, the people managing it will make it worth. We had a bad trip going on in kashmir till we reach Pahalgam! Our driver cheated us and after dropping us at pahalgam he went back to srinagar which was not as discussed before! but, Raaes bhai helped us in any way to make us feel good during our 2 days stay! After visiting local sights we used to stay in pahalgam city to have dinner since we were vegetarians and since we did not have the cab, Raaes Bhai used to come to pick us up every time. He even helped us book us a cab for going back to srinagar! Even assured us of any help if needed in Srinagar! He even called his friends who had his own walnut plantations to bring us fresh walnuts at our hotel only! and gave us at very awesome prices! All in all a good human being helped us in every manner in which he could to make us feel welcome in Srinagar! Thank you Hotel Muskan Palace!

One of the best place to stay in Pahalgam. You can see awesome view of Himalayas from your bed itself.This place is on Kashmir valley hill and few mins away of main market. It is so peaceful. Loved to stay here and will recommend this to my friend and Family for future stays too..
